The ingredients needed to make MUTTON GRAVY | LAMB CURRY | SIDE DISH | COOKER MUTTON RECIPE:
- Take 1/2 kg Mutton
- Provide 2 Onions (big sized)
- Provide 2 Tomatoes ( big sized)
- Take 2 tbsp Chilli Powder (adjust to your taste)
- You need 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- Take 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Take 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- Provide 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Use 1/4 cup Coconut
- Get 1 Cinnamon
- You need 2 Cardamoms
- Take 2 Cloves
- You need 2 Bay leaves
- Use 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
- Provide 1/2 tbsp Fennel seeds
- Provide 5 tbsp Oil
- Get Few Fresh coriander leaves
- Use as per taste Salt
- Get As required water
Instructions to make MUTTON GRAVY | LAMB CURRY | SIDE DISH | COOKER MUTTON RECIPE:
- Clean mutton in water 2 times.
- Chop onion, tomato. - Grind coconut, fennel seed, cumin seed into fine paste.
- Heat cooker add oil, add cinnamon, cloves,bay leaves, cardamom one by one.Add onion and stir until it become glassy.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and stir slighty.
- Add mutton and stir for 2 minutes. Now add tomato and cook until oil separate and tomato get mashed.
- Now add coconut paste and add little water and keep for 5 whistles.
- Now if you want thick gravy, cook it in low flame for few minutes and turn off.Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
