- Take a pan add oil, onion make half saute.
- Then add haldi, ginger garlic paste & cook it 2-3 mins.
- Then add beef cook it 5-7 min.
- Then add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, and water & cook until the beef tender.
- When beef cook completely then cook it high flame(gosht achay sy bhunay)for 10 mins
- Then garnish with coriander leave & turn off flame. Bhuna Gosht ready.
- Serve with boiled rice or chapatti, naan
