  2. Allow the mixture to cool down and make a coarse paste of it without adding any water.
  3. Heat some more oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, once it splutters, add few curry leaves, hing and the remaining peanuts, fry it until the peanuts starts to crackle.
  4. Next add the cooked rice, tamarind pulp & salt to taste, gently mix it well.
  5. Next add the peanut masala, gently coat it well with the rice, cook it for 2-3 mins, add some ghee, switch off the flame and cover and allow it rest for few minutes before serving.
