  1. In a mixer, jar add garlic ginger cumin seeds tomatoes black pepper and tamarind grind it a smooth paste
  2. In a pan add oil once it gets heat add mustard seeds dry red chilli Curry leaves once it gets splutter pour a smooth paste and boil it. Add jaggery to balance taste and flavour Add 2 glass water or accordingly thick or thin like soup to drink. Add chopped coriander leaves and salt
  3. Bring it to boil in low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot..Serve rasam with rice, papad and some even fry veggies or you can even drink it like soup.
  4. Add tamarind jaggery or salt according to your taste.
